Scan-to-BIM to Digital Twin

Every twin starts with survey-grade reality capture. LiDAR point clouds and UAV photogrammetry provide the geometric truth, which is processed into a federated Scan-to-BIM model encoding geometry, material, and structural attributes at LOD 300–400. This static BIM is then elevated into a live twin.
